Möglich macht das eine zusätzliche, rundum laufende Pannenschutzlage, die den gesamten Reifen besonders widerstandsfähig und unempfindlich gegen Verletzungen macht. Trotz zusätzlicher Lage hat der Reifen eine sehr gute dämpfende Eigenschaft und bügelt sauber über die härtesten Trails. BlackChili sorgt für den nötigen Leichtlauf und Grip. Ein weiteres Feature der ProTection Technologie aus Deutschland ist die Tubeless Ready Tauglichkeit.
