Patchwork- oder Vintage-Teppiche wurden Anfang des 21. Jahrhunderts in der Türkei erfunden. Diese Teppichart wird kunstvoll aus Teilstücken alter und bisweilen antiker Perserteppichen hergestellt. Hinter der Verarbeitung steckt ein aufwändiger Prozess, denn jedes besteht aus einzelnen Teppichteilen, welche vorher per Hand ausgewählt, zugeschnitten und vernäht werden. So kommt es zu einem stark variierenden Mix an Teppich-Designs. Spezielle Zick-Zack-Nähte und eine zusätzliche Rückseite verleihen dem Teppich Stabilität und Haltbarkeit. Vor der Verarbeitung werden die Teppiche selbstverständlich gründlich gereinigt. Farbige Vintage Teppiche werden farbneutralisiert und dann neu eingefärbt, wodurch sie ihren distinkten, modernen und zeitgemäßen Look erhalten. Jeder Patchwork-Teppich ist aufgrund des beschriebenen Verfahrens ein Unikat. Der englische Begriff „Vintage“ bedeutet so viel wie erlesen, klassisch oder alt.

Great Federal Courts supplement
Format: Paperback
This E&E book really helped with Fed. Courts! Incorporate the public v. private law models/SOP and federalist v. nationalist paradigms which my professor used in the course. This version doesn't have some of the newer cases (TransUnion v. Ramirez). The standing section could have more info but standing is one of the easiest doctrines in fed courts. The Habeas Corpus, particularly the Teague Doctrine and AEDPA, section is excellent. The only big thing this book does not include are universal injunctions and the scope of remedies (outside of standing, anti-injunction act, and section 1983).
