Saftig, feinster Honig, stoffige gelbe Frucht nach Papaya und Ananas, feiner Surebogen, zart nach Kirschen im Abgang, elegant und ausgewogen, bleibt gut haften, wirkt insgesamt sehr leichtfig, ja fast filigran. Vinifikation: im Stahltank ausgebaut und 18 Monate gelagert.

Saftig, feinster Honig, stoffige gelbe Frucht nach Papaya und Ananas, feiner Säurebogen, zart nach Kirschen im Abgang, elegant und ausgewogen, bleibt gut haften, wirkt insgesamt sehr leichtfüßig, ja fast filigran.
