Monogram Options

1. Circle, Hexagon and Diamond Monograms / Initials appear as FIRST, LAST, MIDDLE
2. Traditional Three Letter Monogram / Initials appear as FIRST, MIDDLE, LAST
3. Square Single Initial Monogram / FIRST name initial appears, with full, first name underneath. For a family monogram, it would be the last name initial with the full, last name underneath.
4. Stacked Three Letter Monogram / (left side) FIRST, MIDDLE; (right side) LAST
5. Modern Single Initial / FIRST initial only. For family monogram, it would be last initial only.

Lucite Care Instructions

Please do not submerge your tray in water. To clean, wipe with a damp cloth. Not dishwasher safe. Never place hot food directly on tray.
