How to: Apply evenly on damp hair. Emulsify until a rich foam appears. Rinse thoroughly. Followed by Vitamino Color Spectrum deep conditioner or mask, and Glass shine serum leave in.  

How to refill: 1. Remove the pouch cap by twisting. 2. Pour into the empty unrinsed bottle of the same shampoo. Do not rinse the pump and keep it protected from dirt. 3. Write the refill date and batch number on the pump bottle

These cooling pillows are very soft and provide excellent support for your head and neck. They are adjustable by taking our the stuffing if you need them to be more flat or less firm. I am a hot sleeper and these do keep your head cool - just be aware using a pillow cover does reduce the cool ability but this allows you to adjust for weather like during winters to add a pillow case for extra warmth. Very happy with this purchase and got a second set to replace my old pillows.
